Siding Spring Observatory

Siding Spring Observatory near Coonabarabran, New South Wales, Australia, part of the Research School of Astronomy & Astrophysics (RSAA) at the Australian National University (ANU), incorporates the Anglo-Australian Telescope along with a collection of other telescopes owned by the Australian National University, the University of New South Wales, and other institutions.
The observatory is situated 1,165 metres (3,822 ft) above sea level in the Warrumbungle National Park on Mount Woorat, also known as Siding Spring Mountain. Siding Spring Observatory is owned by the Australian National University (ANU) and is part of the Mount Stromlo and Siding Spring Observatories research school. More than $100 million worth of research equipment is located at the observatory and there are 12 telescopes on site.

Diamond Light Source

Kasbah Tamadot

Marrakech, Morocco
Situated in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, the majestic Kasbah Tamadot was bought by Richard Branson in 1998 after he spotted it during a ballooning expedition. The Kasbah was the former home of Luciano Tempo, a renowned antiques dealer and interior designer who filled his home with tables, sculptures and ornaments he had collected from India, Indonesia and North Africa. Many of the pieces from his vast collection have been used to furnish the Kasbah today.
The Kasbah Tamadot opened its doors to its first hotel guests in 2005 and each of its 27 rooms has been individually decorated to reflect architecture from around the world, The hotel has dedicated staff from the local Berber villages.
